Kevin was born and raised in Elmira, NY, where he attended all Catholic schools, laying the foundation for a life grounded in values, discipline, and service. He went on to graduate from SUNY Geneseo before moving to Rochester in 1983 with his lifelong partner, Cynthia Sheehan. Together, they built a life focused on family and community.
Kevin is a proud father of four and grandfather to six. His happy place is Keuka Lake, where he enjoys quality time with his loved ones. A passionate sports fan, Kevin loyally follows Syracuse basketball and the Buffalo Bills—bringing the same enthusiasm and dedication to his work as he does to his teams.
